1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your items to arrange for a return or exchange.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. For all return requests, we require video proof demonstrating the condition of the item(s) being returned. This helps us assess the validity of the return and expedite the refund or exchange process.
4. In the event that you receive a damaged product, WoodpeckerCraft requires that you provide an unpackaging video as evidence of the damage before we can process your return or exchange request. This video must clearly show the unpacking process, including the condition of the packaging and the product at the time of unpacking.
5. Failure to provide the requested unpackaging video may result in the denial of your return or exchange request.
6. WoodpeckerCraft reserves the right to assess the damage based on the unpackaging video provided and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include issuing a refund, providing a replacement product, or denying the return request.
