  9. Returns and Exchanges

    5.2. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  10. 5.3. For all return requests, we require video proof demonstrating the condition of the item(s) being returned. This helps us assess the validity of the return and expedite the refund or exchange process.

5.4. In the event that you receive a damaged product, WoodpeckerCraft requires that you provide an unpackaging video as evidence of the damage before we can process your return or exchange request. This video must clearly show the unpacking process, including the condition of the packaging and the product at the time of unpacking.

5.5. Failure to provide the requested unpackaging video may result in the denial of your return or exchange request.

5.6. WoodpeckerCraft reserves the right to assess the damage based on the unpackaging video provided and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include issuing a refund, providing a replacement product, or denying the return request.

    7.3. By selecting COD as your payment method, you agree to pay the total order amount in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order.

    7.4. Failure to pay the total order amount in cash at the time of delivery may result in cancellation of your order.

    7.5. WoodpeckerCraft reserves the right to charge a fee for COD orders to cover additional handling and processing costs.

    7.6. In the event of a return or exchange for COD orders, refunds will be processed via store credit or alternative payment methods, as determined by WoodpeckerCraft.

    7.7. WoodpeckerCraft shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of COD as a payment method, including but not limited to loss of cash during delivery.
